JOKER SKINNER Gut Hook / CC-28

The CC-28 Skinner is a medium/large skinning knife, and is an ideal all-rounder hunting knife. Its longer cutting edge lends it to meat preparation too. The handle is a single piece of stag horn and the rat-tail tang runs through its centre. The Joker Skinner is accompanied by a quality leather sheath with single clip locking strap.

The gut hook is a very clever and practical idea that has really become very popular in the last ten years with hunters. It makes an easy job of unzipping game without causing any damage to its internal organs.
